About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Agent/Project Manager to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing surface land rights for various projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage surface land rights for projects, ensuring compliance with Alberta regulations.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in surface land acquisition and project management.

Requirements:

  • Valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses.
  • Active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in surface land acquisition and project management, preferably in the Alberta region.
