Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the pharmacy meets all provincial pharmacy regulatory body standards and legislative requirements.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, good business practices, and a strong work ethic among team members.
  • Operate the pharmacy efficiently, focusing on staff productivity, staff training, team building, and payroll usage.
  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to address manpower needs, staff performance standards, training, and development plans.
  • Communicate and execute company directives, policies, and procedures effectively.
  • Implement good inventory control measures and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Build the pharmacy business, increasing sales and profit.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2-3 years of pharmacy experience.
