We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at Avanti Software Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales and profitability.

  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of retail team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to create impactful in-store displays and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product and Stores to coordinate operational efficiency and standards.
  • Plan and execute sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment that fosters a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and relevant.

  • 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail systems, human resources best practices, and operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with constant shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer use and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
