A Day in the Life of a Quality Assurance Specialist

Engaging in the development of a comprehensive test coverage framework Analyzing and interpreting requirement specifications to create relevant test scenarios Recognizing opportunities for test automation and collaborating with the Development team, documenting test scripts, setting up automated test data, and assessing test outcomes against expected results Evaluating test data to determine pass or fail status, ensuring that releases meet quality benchmarks before production Recording defects in a tracking system, concluding testing activities, and generating a summary report of testing outcomes Completing the setup of test environments Developing high-level project time estimates Researching, learning, and applying knowledge of emerging Quality Assurance technologies and methodologies to support ongoing improvement initiatives

The Value You Contribute

Demonstrated experience as a Quality Assurance Tester Familiarity with tools such as Test Complete, Ready API, and Azure DevOps is advantageous Certification as a Software Test Professional-Practitioner is a plus Proven skills in analysis, investigation, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is beneficial Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred

Work Schedule: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-time position for a duration of 12 months
