Position Overview:

We are offering both full-time and part-time positions for motivated individuals to join our workforce. Ideal candidates will enjoy working outdoors and possess a strong desire to excel in their roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Some hands-on experience is preferred, but we provide training to help you master lawn care and painting/staining techniques.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Dependable and hardworking nature.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful completion of projects from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Keep work sites clean and organized.
  • Foster quality and satisfaction through effective communication with clients, team leaders, and management.
  • Engage in marketing efforts by distributing flyers in neighborhoods surrounding job sites.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $17 to $22, based on experience and responsibilities.
