Painting Supervisor

Stay Dry Painting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to join our team. As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting process, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise painting teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule painting activities, including material ordering and equipment maintenance.
- Recruit and train new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recommend personnel actions, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
