Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Support residents with mobility and balance issues, including walking, standing, and transferring.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or support role.
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely.
