Role Overview

The Specialty Care Territory Manager will represent LEO Pharma Inc. within an assigned territory, focusing on maximizing product sales through effective communication and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, GPs, and other healthcare providers to promote LEO Pharma products and grow the business.
  • Utilize a customer relationship management approach to capture valuable insights and understand customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical knowledge and market dynamics to effectively plan and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with MSL colleagues and other internal stakeholders to develop action plans and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and competitor information to identify business opportunities and concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required; sales/marketing or science-related degree preferred.
  • Dermatology, specialty, or immunology experience required; selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics experience preferred.
  • Proven record of consistent sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data from various reports.
  • Proven organizational skills, planning, time management, and territory management skills.
