About the Role
As a key member of our team at Paladin Security, you will play a crucial role in driving business process automation and enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise in designing, developing, and implementing digital automation solutions will be instrumental in streamlining our operations and improving productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document current processes and devise methods for efficient automation, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Proactively identify sources of inefficiency and develop strategies to address them through automation, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
- Create and deliver effective documentation, including process maps and technical specifications, to ensure clear communication with the wider IT team and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of RPA initiatives and gather feedback from team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of change management activities, including progress reports and lessons learned, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Perform other responsibilities as required to meet organizational requirements, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with a solid understanding of data structures, database management, and SQL.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes to manage code release cycles and an understanding of agile development (scrum) methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, with a strong foundation in business process management, development, and improvement activities.
- Certification in UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA tools is preferred, with experience working with Azure and the Microsoft Power Platform being a plus.
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies is highly desirable.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
- A hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at our office.
