Bilingual Senior Manager, PMO and Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior Manager to lead our PMO and Strategic Initiatives team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for championing a customer-focused culture, overseeing transformational projects, and maintaining executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Oversee and support transformational projects, maintaining executive reporting to support informed decision-making at the executive level.
- Work directly with key stakeholders to plan, define, document, and maintain implementation activities and timing.
- Responsible for business case development and tracking/reporting of project and financial status for SIP, Delivery Office, and Monthly and Quarter Business Reviews.
- Own integrated project plan, status reporting/meetings, and issue and risk management for the integrated projects.
- Establish tracking and monitoring systems/tools to measure progress and key metrics to ensure compliance with the operational model on an ongoing basis.
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls.
- Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team.
- 5+ years of business or project management experience in the financial services sector.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Project Management discipline & agile processes.
- Proactive, self-starter, and capable of learning new ways of doing things.
- Excellent organizational skills, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving.
- Delivery-oriented, and demonstrated ability for strategic influencing, stakeholder facilitation, collaboration in cross-functional teams, and facility with complex data processes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a high-pressure environment with rapidly changing deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Strong technical ability with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Applies superior conflict management skills and expertise to persuade and negotiate effectively.
