We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RV Parts Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our parts department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in the RV parts store, providing expert advice and guidance on parts selection and installation.
  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.
  • Perform parts inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage deliveries and returns, ensuring timely and efficient processing of orders.
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians to maintain an effective workflow and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the parts department budget, ensuring profitability and compliance with company financial policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid G driver's license and clean abstract.
  • Minimum years of parts experience.
  • Minimum years of RV experience.
  • Knowledge of parts pricing procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel use.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
