Candidates should possess a College/CEGEP education.
Work Environment- Willingness to relocate is necessary.
- Position is based at the head office.
- Maintain, update, and retrieve financial records.
- Perform administrative tasks, including managing filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.
- Complete documentation for the administration of benefits, including pension plans, leave entitlements, and insurance.
- Provide employees with information regarding payroll and benefits.
- Compile and analyze statistics and reports.
- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in human resources software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
Experience in Pensions is preferred.
Safety and SecurityCandidate must be bondable.
Work Conditions- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with a substantial workload.
- Accuracy and reliability are essential.
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
