We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at KS Concrete Cutting & Coring Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various tasks related to concrete finishing, including filling hollows, operating power vibrators, and imparting desired finishes to concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Imparting desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dusty, noisy, and outdoors environment with wet/damp conditions.

Security and Safety:

The candidate must be bondable and able to work in a physically demanding environment with handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
