In this role, you will oversee all aspects related to fire safety, risk engineering, and risk management.

Your responsibilities as a Risk Control Advisor:
Conduct comprehensive site evaluations at client locations (covering property, general and product liability, and fleet). Generate detailed risk documentation (including underwriting reports for the insurance sector, risk assessments, and recommendation reports). Calculate loss estimates (PML, MFL, NLE, etc.). Assist brokers during the placement process by providing insights on risk exposures and insurer requirements. Advise clients on risk factors and mitigation strategies. Develop and implement risk control initiatives for major clients. Analyze and prioritize recommendations from insurers. Contribute to research and development on technical matters and considerations. Support the building valuation process. Aid in enhancing building structures. Review and assist clients in designing fire protection systems and building mechanics. Revise hydraulic plans and calculations in accordance with applicable standards. Provide expert analysis in fire protection and generate reports. Expand your expertise in risk assessment and management, including preparing underwriting documentation for the insurance market, conducting risk assessments, and advising clients on risk management strategies.Ideal candidate profile:
Proven experience in risk management with a broker, insurer, or large organization. Background in site inspections, risk management, and/or fire safety. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering; diploma in fire protection, applied sciences, or related fields. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. Familiarity with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and FM (Factory Mutual) standards. Knowledge of building construction codes and mechanics. Proficiency in hydraulic calculation software (HydraCalc or similar). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective time management and organizational skills.About Us:
