Massage Therapy Educator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team at triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. As a Massage Therapy Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to our students, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the individual learning styles of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality delivery of assigned Massage Therapy courses, utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students.
- Support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.
- Advise students on treatment and safety pre-treatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients.
- Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are required.
