Contracts Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary

The Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing prime contracts, executing compliance documents, and maintaining subcontract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process subcontract payment certificates within View Point (ERP System)
  • Execute prime contract and compliance documents (WSIB, insurance, bonds)
  • Maintain subcontract compliance requirements during the life of the project
  • Support project teams by facilitating inquiries and assisting with processing issues
  • Project reconciliations as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with View Point or comparable ERP systems, SAP, and the construction industry.
