Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at BBQ Chicken CQ Centre. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: We will provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
- Work Setting: Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with our kitchen and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Tasks:
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: We require a Serving It Right Certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Must be of legal age to work in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
