Job Summary

The Photographer/ Creative Director will work with a team of experienced professionals to capture high-quality images for Fashion Nova's eCommerce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of photography trends, lighting, and post-processing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic for Fashion Nova's brand
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and Stylists to create engaging and creative content
  • Partner with the Manager, Photography to ensure high-quality image delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography
  • Manage and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Work with freelance team members to ensure consistency and quality
  • Develop and implement new ideas and concepts to enhance the brand's visual identity

Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience as a Photographer in a studio environment, ideally in the Fashion eCommerce industry
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise
  • Proficient in Canon EOS digital cameras or similar
  • Advanced end user with Apple products
  • Ability to photograph all categories assigned
  • Proficient knowledge of Capture One and Photoshop
  • Expert knowledge of professional digital photography equipment, digital workflow, and terminology
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • File management, archival skills, and file delivery to workflow standards
  • BA degree in Photography or equivalent work experience
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage
