Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Aim for first contact resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
  • Execute account adjustments and payment processing requests
  • Provide insights to enhance sales, marketing, and operational processes
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to assist customers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a commitment to integrity
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software
  • Availability for full-time work in a collaborative setting
Operational Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
