About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Accountant to join our team at Recruitment Partners. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients in the asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completion of an accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management accounting.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
