About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Supervisor at The Longhorn Saloon. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, training staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
