Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Foreseeson. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
  • Prepare and assemble electronic components in accordance with manufacturing documentation and quality standards.
  • Operate SMT machines, including printers, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens, with precision and accuracy.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, or QC team in a timely manner.
  • Manage time effectively to meet product delivery deadlines.
  • Record all work performed on Product Travelling Sheets, including parts consumed and labor hours.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on manufacturability and design aspects.
  • Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas in a clean and organized state.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Advantageous certifications include IPC, J-STD, and knowledge of ISO standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to operate machines and follow procedures accurately.
