Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Foreseeson. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
- Prepare and assemble electronic components in accordance with manufacturing documentation and quality standards.
- Operate SMT machines, including printers, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens, with precision and accuracy.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, or QC team in a timely manner.
- Manage time effectively to meet product delivery deadlines.
- Record all work performed on Product Travelling Sheets, including parts consumed and labor hours.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on manufacturability and design aspects.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas in a clean and organized state.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Advantageous certifications include IPC, J-STD, and knowledge of ISO standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate machines and follow procedures accurately.
