Key Responsibilities- Assemble electrical and mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and connectors according to blueprints, schematics, or written work instructions.
- Fabricate mounting assemblies for system components.
- Operate machinery in the production of finished products.
- Manage and restock consumable parts for use in the assembly of products.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized to optimize production and quality following a LEAN, 6S model.
- Report problems in the assembly process to the department manager.
- Perform quality control of the product.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- A mechanical background is preferred.
- Manual dexterity, written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication, reliability, and dependability.
- Proactive in identifying areas of improvement in the manufacturing process.
- $18 to $20 per hour + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly.
- A clean and safe work environment.
- The opportunity to work in a temporary to permanent position.
