About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker - Building and Grounds to join our team at Epic College of Technology Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • On-the-job training provided
  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
    • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment
    • Make adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
    • Contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Physical Demands
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Work Environment
    • Work with minimal supervision
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks
