Job Title: Automotive Body Painter

A CLASS COLLISION LTD. is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team. As an Automotive Body Painter, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by applying paint and coatings to metal and plastic surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Plan and execute repair work, including filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces
  • Apply primers and paint to surfaces, using a variety of techniques and equipment
  • Repair or replace interior components, such as trim and upholstery
  • Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in the automotive body repair industry, an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent customer service skills
