Operations Coordinator

Winmar Estevan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including carpenters, laborers, and other support staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly and efficiently, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software.
