Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an Associate to join a well-established advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in growing the business by providing exceptional service and administrative support to clients and Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of incoming contacts from clients, advisors, and internal/external partners
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management
  • Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Coordinate meetings, print and distribute reports, and monitor pending transfers
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or willingness to complete upon hire
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
