Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our seniors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting clinical evaluations, identifying equipment needs, and providing education to clients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, including admission evaluations and ADL assessments
  • Consult with vendors to identify suitable equipment and complete funding applications
  • Provide education on seating, positioning, and independence with daily activities
  • Monitor and record client progress, adhering to established guidelines
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists
  • Experience in Long Term Care is preferred
