About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Electrician Assistant to join our team at I & G Electrical Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our electricians with various tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Clean and Organize: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Operate Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.

Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Reliability and Teamwork: We are looking for someone who is reliable, a team player, and hardworking.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language and Work Schedule: The primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 32 hours per week.
