Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electrician Assistant to join our team at JLM Empowered Electrical Services Inc. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will assist experienced electricians with various tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of electrical projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy equipment and materials
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment, such as drills and saws
  • Assist with electrical testing and troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the electrical trade
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral communication skills, reliability, and a team player
Work Environment
  • Work setting: Willing to relocate for this position
