We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Director to join our team at mdf commerce. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce quality standards and testing materials and products.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including automation testing, performance testing, and manual testing.
- Experience managing a quality assurance team and building, growing, and mentoring QA associates.
- Expertise in performing different types of testing, including black box, GUI, integration, regression, backend, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience working with eProcurement systems.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability in creating quality standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Robust analytical skills for both existing processes and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
