As a Senior Manager in the Change Performance Management team, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing enterprise-wide data to gather and synthesize critical information, providing insights into the present and future state of the Change Portfolio. This position is integral to driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of data to uncover insights regarding Portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, along with actionable recommendations.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and executive reporting tools to effectively communicate portfolio performance to stakeholders.
  • Offer strategic insights derived from data analysis to enhance decision-making and improve portfolio outcomes.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions to ensure the Change Portfolio aligns with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Aggregate data from diverse sources to present a holistic view of the Change Portfolio's status, while enhancing data quality and automating data flows for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to guarantee precise and timely data collection and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on the advancement of key initiatives and projects within the portfolio.
  • Ensure the Change Portfolio is managed in accordance with industry best practices and governance standards.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and data interpretation abilities, with a knack for extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Robust critical thinking and planning skills to support organizational objectives.
  • Project management expertise to oversee and enhance performance management processes.
