Job Overview

Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales & Service Assistant Manager , your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assessing client needs to enhance existing offerings, which involves creating outreach strategies, introducing innovative products and services, and providing quotes for personal insurance.

- Promoting products by establishing connections and nurturing relationships with potential clients, responding to incoming inquiries, following up on expiration notifications, re-quoting previous prospects, and reaching out to generated leads.

- Fostering a trustworthy atmosphere that encourages new sales opportunities and the retention of current clients.

- Actively engaging with your team and independently contributing to overall business enhancements.

- Taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring minimal effort is required from the client.

- Accurately managing account modifications, maintaining thorough customer records, preparing correspondence, and documenting follow-up actions.

- Addressing complex insurance-related issues by creatively utilizing all available resources until resolution is achieved.

- Keeping an updated TAM database and promptly responding to all client communications.

- Maintaining precise logs of completed quotes, sales, workdays, and other metrics for monthly reporting.

- Staying informed about company underwriting standards and evolving market conditions.

- Performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

About You:

We are looking for a unique combination of skills and experience in our ideal candidate:

- A RIBO license.

- Additional national licensing is a plus.

- A minimum of one to three years of experience, ideally in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.

- Outstanding communication abilities and a proven track record of effectively engaging with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to address customer concerns in a friendly and constructive manner.

- Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle competing priorities.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Epic, Salesforce, and company portals.
