Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy ServiceNow platform technology to solve complex business challenges
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support projects and optimize sales opportunities in key accounts
  • Architect and design ServiceNow solutions tailored for the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) ServiceNow product suite
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing client processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience designing and deploying ServiceNow platform technology
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation and training skills
  • ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) or equivalent certification
