- Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality control procedures
- Education and Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
