Position Overview:
We are thrilled to announce exciting opportunities within our organization and are in search of individuals who possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a dedication to client service to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a strategic ally to the CFO, you will assist in defining the future strategy and target operating model, along with the necessary execution roadmap.
Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with leading Finance and Accounting applications and digital solutions to drive initiatives.
Provide leadership and leverage your strong project management skills to effectively oversee transformational projects.
Develop compelling business cases centered around best practices and innovative digital solutions.

Internal Practice Development:
Take a leading role in managing the daily growth and advancement of the Finance Transformation service practice.
Support and promote business development initiatives, enhancing our role with existing clients and cultivating a pipeline for future engagements.
Guide and nurture internal talent through formal training, informal mentorship, and career development support.
Contribute to thought leadership and establish a reputation for excellence in finance transformation and optimization.
Build and maintain a network of external solution providers to collaborate on projects and jointly approach the market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate Degree/MBA preferred.
- Approximately 10+ years of experience within the Finance and Accounting sector, with a proven history of leading technology implementations and transformation projects.
- Around 7+ years of management consulting experience, specifically in leading Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and expertise in finance transformation and digital finance enablement.
- Proficient in defining IT strategy with a focus on financial applications, data architecture, and digital accounting.
- Experience in managing large-scale finance and technology transformation projects.
- Knowledge of cost management and profitability strategies.
- Familiarity with technical accounting standards.
