- Investigate Incidents and Accidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and Implement Security Policies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with the casino's overall safety and security objectives.
- Provide Technical Advice and Guidance: Offer technical advice and guidance to security guards on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Monitor and Control Access: Ensure that all access points to the casino and travel plaza are secure and that all individuals entering the premises are properly screened and cleared.
- Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Work closely with local law enforcement agencies to ensure that security protocols and procedures are aligned with law enforcement standards and best practices.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid security guard license and be eligible to work in the province.
- First Aid and CPR Certification: Hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
- 2+ Years of Security Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a casino or gaming environment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
