Security Guard

5AM Security is hiring for:
Security person to monitor and patrol: sites, roads, vehicles and people. Must hold a valid Alberta Security Services license as well as: class 5 driver’s license and first aid. A driver’s abstract and drug and alcohol screening are required. A driver's report for insurance will be required if using a company vehicle. Must be willing to complete additional courses or training as necessary. Work is in the Whitecourt/Fox Creek areas, day and/or night shift.

The individual will be reliable, honest and responsible. As well as:
Have the ability to work alone or with mínimal supervision.

Follow directions as well as teamwork.

Must be fluent in reading and writing English.

Excellent communication skills.

Confident in enforcing rules where required.

Attention to detail.

Keep organized notes or reports.

Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism.

Computer skills and ability to use cell phones and radios.

Experience an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
