Job Title: Inventor Specialist

State Window Corporation, a leading manufacturing and construction company, is seeking a skilled Inventor Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Design/Engineering Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our BIM Lead and project team in tasks associated with Inventor parts and 2D drawings.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Autodesk Inventor to develop Inventor Part models and drawings
  • Support BIM Lead and project team in tasks associated with Inventor parts and 2D drawings
  • Assist and support projects in the production of models, including creation, management of building information models (BIM) and 2D drawings (if required)
  • Work with ILogic tool of inventor to create panel drawings and associate them with Revit model
  • Prepare sketches where required, i.e., P.M.P on corner posts, metal cladding, break shape release, fins, features, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2+ years of CAD Detailing experience using AutoCAD and Inventor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required
