About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Chicken Chef Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that we have the right ingredients and supplies in stock to meet our menu requirements.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
