Job Title: Clinical Paramedic Educator

Reporting directly to the Managers - Clinical Paramedic Programs, you will represent Central East Prehospital Care Program (CEPCP) to our allied agencies, displaying courtesy, respect, and sensitivity. Travel is required between our client service sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent CEPCP to allied agencies, promoting a positive image and fostering strong relationships.
  • Travel between client service sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Paramedic Services, Fire Services, Industrial responders, Hospital staff, and Public Access defibrillation sites/staff.
Qualifications:
  • Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic, or equivalent.
  • Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and online Teleconference platforms.
  • Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, BCLS Instructor Certification strongly recommended.
  • Adult Education certificate an asset.
  • Must have a satisfactory performance record.
