Clinical Paramedic Program Representative

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Paramedic Program Representative to join our team at Lakeridge Health. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Central East Prehospital Care Program (CEPCP) to allied agencies, including Paramedic Services, Fire Services, Industrial responders, Hospital staff, and Public Access defibrillation sites/staff. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our program with courtesy, respect, and sensitivity, fostering strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent CEPCP to allied agencies, promoting our program and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Travel between client service sites to provide support and representation.
- Participate in regular in-service sessions to stay up-to-date on our comprehensive safety programs and practices.
Requirements:
- Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic, or equivalent.
- Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and online Teleconference platforms.
- Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, BCLS Instructor Certification strongly recommended.
- Adult Education certificate an asset.
- Satisfactory performance record.
