Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Tri-Community HR Ops. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients as required
