As a Senior SEO Specialist at SSENSE, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of our popularity acquisition initiatives. You will lead our SEO efforts, driving both organic growth and brand visibility. You will work cross-functionally with our content, technical, and analytics teams to create and execute SEO strategies that align with our channel's overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and optimization of our website and app architecture, page load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and indexation to meet channel targets.
  • Monitor, report, and action on SEO performance backed by data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand's objectives on SSENSE website and app.
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to drive growth, leveraging the latest tools and techniques in the industry.
  • Devise and apply different off-site tactics to develop the popularity of SSENSE across external domains to improve backlinks and ranking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with SEO, analysis, coding, or web management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Lighthouse, and other similar SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, and HTML.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
