Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CAR - JON FAMILY RESTAURANTS.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, including kitchen and food service helpers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Human Resources: Hire food service staff, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
