Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team at Manitoba Catholic Schools. As the President's right-hand person, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the President and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the President, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage the President's schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:
