We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Refrigeration Dispatch professional to join our team at Ventilation Volmair inc.
About the Role:As the Refrigeration Dispatch, you will be responsible for receiving customer requests, preparing quotes, and distributing the workload of service refrigeration technicians. You will also respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, prepare work orders, and establish schedules for work planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process customer requests for refrigeration services
- Prepare quotes and purchase materials as needed
- Support service refrigeration technicians in the quote process
- Invoice work and manage customer payments
- Perform other related tasks as required
- Relevant training in estimating, refrigeration, administration, or a related field
- Experience and knowledge in the field of refrigeration (an asset)
- Mastery of software such as Eye on Task (an asset)
- Excellent command of the French language, both orally and in writing (mandatory)
- Functional knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Flexible working hours
- Permanent full-time position
- Reliable work environment
