About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Homelife Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, plasterers, drywall installers and finishers, fence erectors, and trades helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, and that all materials and equipment are used in accordance with industry standards.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that all workers are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
