Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of our award-winning menu items, including sizzling fajitas, classic Tex-Mex dishes, and AAA steaks.
  • Lead the culinary team to maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Provide coaching and training to both full-time and part-time staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for our team.
  • Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities to the team prior to the start of every shift.
  • Exemplify exceptional leadership skills, using our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching to drive team performance.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Physical stamina to remain active and busy throughout the shift.
