Job Title: Automotive Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Mechanic Helper to join our team at Searles Auto. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist our experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians with tasks such as moving tools and equipment, cleaning machines and work areas, and helping with repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform tasks such as moving tools, equipment, and other materials, and assisting tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
